1. Ubuntu system download
- Official desktop version download: https://cn.ubuntu.com/download/desktop . After entering the download page, usually we do not want to install the latest Ubuntu version, so we need to find the download link for other versions, as shown in the red box in the picture below. If you want to install the latest version, just click to download the green box in the picture below.
Since this tutorial mainly installs the Ubuntu 20.04 version, click the red box link in the picture above ( https://ubuntu.com/download/alternative- downloads ), you can enter other earlier versions to download. The download page is as shown below,

2. Make a USB installation disk

3. Install Ubuntu system
My computer system is Win10 system, and now I need to reinstall it to Ubuntu20.04. The specific process is as follows:

Enter the computer's bios settings and set it to boot from the USB flash drive.

4. Installation of necessary software
4.1. Adjust system time
Sometimes after installing the system, the time will be wrong. It may be that the time zone was not adjusted during the installation process. To do this, you need to manually set the time zone. The command is as follows

4.4. Install terminator
