1 Download the Ubuntu20.04 image

2 Create a virtual machine

Step1: Open the above Linux column (1) - VMware download and installation Downloaded VMware, click to create a virtual machine, and then click Next in the default setting in the pop-up window;

Try not to take up space on the C drive, the D drive is the most suitable!

3 Install the Ubuntu system

Step1: After the virtual machine is created, the following interface will appear:

Click the red line option;
Step2: Select the memory, it depends on your computer's own memory, if you don't want to use your brain, just default;

Step3: CD/DVD settings, this part You need to select the Ubuntu 20.04 image you just downloaded, and set it according to the figure below, and click OK;

Step4: After completing the above operations, you can start the virtual machine, click to start the virtual machine, and note that this step needs to ensure that the network is connected, and it will take a while after clicking Wait for a while;

Step5: After entering the installation program, set it to Simplified Chinese and click Install Ubuntu, then you can always choose the default option to continue;
