It is recommended to choose English as the language, and then find the system settings (SYSTEM) and select network&host name to switch to on, otherwise the virtual machine will not be available. Network, then click the lower right corner to start the installation, then you can set the user setting, create a new Linux account, and then click done in the upper left corner (it may prompt that the password is not standardized, just click done again), and then set the root account, after configuration you can enter the system
This English sentence will appear after a successful login. Enter the yum update command to update the package manager. After entering y a few times, the update is complete. Then use yum to install a toolbox. The command used is yum -y install net-tools and try to enter the ifconfig command get ip
Install the terminal software MobaXterm and establish a connection
Finally, the ip of the system will change, so it needs to be set. Run VMware as an administrator. After opening, click Edit in the upper left corner, select the virtual network editor, find the net mode and click DHCP settings, and set the maximum lease time. Up to 63 days, the longest can only be set to 63, click the last button to confirm.
