On the morning of July 25th, the National Finals of the 16th National University Student Information Security Competition-Innovative Practice Ability Competition was grandly opened in Hefei, Anhui. The finals adopted the competition mode of CTF problem-solving competition, AWD offensive and defensive competition and comprehensive penetration competition. In the setting of competition questions, innovatively introduce hot issues in cutting-edge fields such as cyberspace surveying and mapping, artificial intelligence security, and quantum security. 3. The peak matchup in the final rankings witnesses the growth of cybersecurity talents

The competition started in April and lasted 4 months. It was divided into three stages: online preliminary competition, offline regional competition and national finals. It attracted more than 500 colleges and universities and 2494 teams from across the country, with a total of 8242 participants. The participating universities, participating teams, and the number of participants have all reached new highs.

A total of 80 elite teams were shortlisted for the finals. After fierce competition, the Tianshu Dubhe team from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications finally won the top spot, the sign-up-me-run team from Yuanpei College of Shaoxing University of Arts and Sciences and the Jiangsu Safety Technology Vocational College team The TMZ team won the second and third place respectively. In addition, this competition also selected 20 outstanding teams to win individual awards for network security challenge innovation.
