1. Introduction to the competition
The 17th National College Student Smart Car Competition Aerospace Smart Logistics Finals and the 3rd "Aerospace Cup" Mobile Robot AI Innovation Technology Challenge are introduced as follows.
This competition is jointly sponsored by the National College Student Intelligent Car Competition Organizing Committee and the Third Academy of Aerospace Science and Industry of China. Based on the artificial intelligence innovation education platform based on the new generation of aerospace mobile robot technology, it will assist higher education institutions such as universities to gradually improve artificial intelligence. The construction of disciplines in the field, promote the reform of teaching mode, and attract and cultivate high-end talents in artificial intelligence by organizing and participating in the robot fun challenge with aerospace characteristics, entertaining, and "human, machine, and environment" integration, so as to further promote innovative entrepreneurship. technology activities.
Create a new teaching mode, which is based on a virtual autonomous driving technology, focusing on the installation, use, operation, programming, debugging, maintenance and other contents of typical sensors in the field of artificial intelligence. Master and integrate the application ability, and examine the application ability of the contestants to the current popular unmanned driving algorithms and visual recognition algorithms, strengthen the comprehensive skills of the contestants in the application of intelligent perception technology in the industry, and promote the application of artificial intelligence technology in the industrial field. The competition content of this event mainly includes: the application of laser SLAM technology, the motion control of mobile robots, the application of robot vision technology, the design of remote scheduling system, etc.
The core concept of the founding of this competition is not simply to provide a place for competition between colleges and universities, nor is it just a bridge for mutual communication between teachers and students. A platform for students in the field of driving to grow into a good engineer. 四、日程安排
1.线上大赛日程表

1）本次比赛，请各参赛队伍按照线下分区赛的赛道相关内容自行搭建赛道，若赛道不符合要求，比赛名次作废。
2）本次比赛，请各参赛队伍自行推选督察裁判一名（非带队教师），比赛前对现场赛道进行技术参数和赛道尺寸的公正核验，出具核验报告并签字；比赛时配合裁判组督察现场纪律，维护比赛公平性、公正性；比赛完毕后，对车模进行核验，车模符合比赛要求，并出具查验报告并签字。核验报告和查验报告，均有模板，均发送至指定邮箱[email protected]。
3）本次比赛，每支参赛队伍需准备四台手机，进行比赛直播所用，相关位置按照赛道和直播设备布局文件执行。
2. 技术资料核查、打分
本次比赛，各支参赛队伍需将源码工程和技术说明报告，在2022.08.18晚24:00截止前发到指定邮箱[email protected]。
3. 赛前检录与进场
提前20分钟进入腾讯会议检录区域候场，进行检录，等待进场指引。
4. 奖项设置
参照全国大学生智能汽车竞赛组委会的奖项设置要求，根据参赛团队数量，按比例设置一等奖、二等奖、三等奖等。
参照航天三院竞赛组委会的奖项设置要求，根据参赛团队数量，按比例设置一、二等奖、三等奖等。
对于由于疫情影响无法继续参加线上总决赛的队伍，其奖项由全国大学生智能汽车竞赛组委会统一裁决。
5. 申诉与仲裁
本赛在竞赛过程中若出现有失公正或有关人员违规等现象，各代表队指导老师可在各自竞赛结束后 2 小时之内向监督仲裁组提出文字申诉电子版（签字），发送给余涛。大赛组委会选派人员参加监督仲裁工作，监督仲裁工作组在接到申诉后的 2 小时内组织复议，并及时反馈仲裁结果，仲裁结果为最终结果。
