Vivado transplants bd design to another project

1. Copy all the sub-files in the bd directory of A project to the non-B project directory.

The author wants to copy zhcl_bd of SATA_TEST_V1.0 to SATA_TEST_V1.1, and copy its bd file to non-SATA_TEST_V1.1 directory.

2. Then add the entire bd folder.
