The KDE Project recently released KDE Plasma 5.27.6, the sixth minor version update of the KDE Plasma 5.27 LTS desktop environment series, which fixes some bugs and brings some improvements.

- Further improvements to Plasma Wayland sessions
- Fixed a crash of the Powerdevil daemon when the screen sleeps
- Fix cursor handling bug
- Update Improved scaling of decimal points
- Fixed some blurred and transparent Breeze-themes context menus causing weird visual flickering.
- Improved dragging of files to Task Manager tasks
- Improved KRunner search results for very short strings
- Improved window tiling to ensure that the gap value chosen also affects the gap between windows.
- Provide better keyboard navigation for sidebar in system settings
- Support for Flatpak apps has also been improved
- Plasma Discover has also been improved to no longer display the weird "No metadata URIs for vendor directory" error message
- Updated the Login Screen (SDDM) page in System Settings to display error messages in the UI
- Fixed KRunner crashing when trying to evaluate certain math expressions or just entering numbers
- Improved support for GTK applications to correctly display their menus after being launched with the global menu
- Improved Task Manager's tooltip window thumbnails and improved global "window to next/previous screen" actions to ensure windows are sent to the correct screen in multi-monitor setups.
