According to tradition, following Ubuntu new release , Ubuntu "flavor" release of Kubuntu 19.10 also released.
Kubuntu 19.10 brings a nice KDE Plasma 5.16 Desktop (but KDE Plasma has released 5.17 version ).
This updated version of many core packages, including the new Linux Kernel 5.3, QT 5.12.4, KDE Framework 5.62.0, Plasma 5.16.5 and KDE Applications 19.04.3.
The default browser Firefox upgrade to version 69, full installation version is now available by default LibreOffice 6.3. There are also updates and bug fixes on latte-dock, Elisa 0.4.2, Kdenlive, Yakuake, Krita, Kdevelop with the Ktorrent.
