Mitsubishi JET servo limit and origin signal refresh setting method through PLC

Foreword:

In JET servo positioning control, we generally connect the limit and origin signals through the CN3 plug of the servo amplifier through welding wires, but in some cases, we need to pass the servo origin and limit signals through the input point of PLC (For example, X0\X1 input points) are refreshed into the servo through CCLINK IE Basic for control. Next, I will introduce the details from the servo parameters and the GXWORKS3 program . The sample program and parameters can be obtained by chatting with me in private!!

1. System configuration

 2. Servo parameters

Parameter 1 : [Pr. PD41.3_Sensor input mode selection]

 Parameter 2 :

 3. GXWORKS3 program

The send and receive data of the request message and response message in cyclic communication are converted into the target data (RWwn, RWrn) of the servo amplifier.
The setting value of the response message can be changed. When changing the initial setting value, change the PDO map.

Different modes correspond to different refresh mapping content

The initial setting values of RWw and RWr devices can be switched by the value of [Pr. PA01.0 Control mode selection] and [Pr. PN22.0 Default mapping mode selection].

JET servo parameters are used for CC-Link IE Field Network Basic. Should be selected to use mapping mode 2 or mode 3 in CC-Link IE Field Network Basic

Next, look at the specific mapping content:

In mode 2:

In mode 3:

Next, look at the specific content of the mapping word 2D05: that is, the ninth, tenth, and eleventh digits of the 2D05 operation word
