According to the implementation plan of the "Special Fund for Talent Development in Changning District", a certain amount of financial support will be given to the team that has been identified as the "Technology Star" team in Changning District in 2022 after review. The first, second and third prizes will be selected in proportion, among which the individuals who win the first prize will be included in the selection sequence of Changning District youth job experts, and they will be recommended to participate in the rotation training class for young cadres in the district, and recommended to enter the district's "Youth Innovative Talent Support Program" "Star Youth" talent pool".

5. Application conditions
1. The reporting unit must be a unit established in accordance with the law in the district and have the ability to independently bear civil liability, with good credit;
2. Apply for team projects closely related to digital transformation, focusing on artificial intelligence, metaverse, blockchain, industrial Internet, 5G and other industries and collaborative innovation fields;
3. Each application team can recommend a young man under the age of 35 (inclusive) (born after December 31, 1987), who has strong research ability and innovative thinking, and has made important contributions to the development of the team project. Participate in the selection of young talents of "Science and Technology Innovation".
6. Application materials
1. "2022 Changning District "Technology Star" Team Application Form";
2. A copy of the business license (original) of the reporting unit;
3. Copies of certification documents for scientific research achievements (including patents, software copyrights, integrated circuit diagrams, technical contracts, R&D project approval, etc.);
4. A copy of the labor contract between the reporting team and the reporting unit;
5. A letter of commitment to the authenticity of the application materials.
7. Appraisal method
After the District Science and Technology Commission reviews the form of the application materials, it organizes an expert on-site review meeting. The specific review time will be notified separately. Teams entering the on-site presentation and defense sessions need to prepare a PPT report.
