Judgment dimension
(1) Project innovation: It mainly examines how the participating project uses the current emerging technologies and advanced Internet model concepts to promote the development of public welfare and public utilities, with emphasis on technology and innovation;
(2) Public welfare Value: What points in the project's original intention and future development planning or ongoing operations can contribute to a certain aspect of social development such as cultural dissemination, talent training, entrepreneurship and employment, environmental protection, public management, economic reform, etc.
(3) Team situation: examine the educational and work background, values, areas of expertise of each team member, division of labor, organizational structure, and staffing arrangements of the team members . Science, team size and closeness, team development planning, etc.;

Registration Instructions
(1) Confidentiality rules: If the team wants the project introduction information to be kept confidential, please indicate it when registering for the competition. The organizing committee guarantees the confidentiality of the submitted materials throughout the competition;
(2) The entry materials submitted by the contestants include: project description, roadshow PPT, VCR;
(3) The entries must be original and not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights or other rights; once discovered or proposed and verified by the right holder, the contestant (the participating team) shall bear all the responsibilities and losses arising therefrom, and the contest organizing committee will disqualify the contestant;
