MyEclipse supports Java EE technologies such as JAX-WS and EJB 3.0, which are available as feature packs for WebSphere 6.1, but not out of the box. This guide walks you through installing WebSphere 6.1, feature packs, and updates. In this guide you will:

1. System Requirements
To use WebSphere with MyEclipse, you must have a MyEclipse Blue or Bling license, available at >>
This tutorial was created on Windows using MyEclipse, WebSphere 6.1 and the associated Web Services, EJB Feature Pack (and 3 update packs).
If you are on Unix/Linux, please refer to the appropriate WebSphere documentation to guide you through and start the exact procedure. If there are comparable executables on Linux, the instructions will all be very similar except for the directory paths.
Note: There is no WebSphere installer for Macintosh.
2. Prerequisites
