Software Product Manager Responsibilities

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for product planning, design and product life cycle management of the product line; 2. Manage the team, coordinate the internal relationship of the product line, and allocate internal resources reasonably;
3. Based on the user experience design concept, combined with user needs and product technical architecture , Complete the conceptual design and prototype display of the product/function;
4. Before software development, complete the product requirement document, function definition, and collaborate with the user experience designer to complete the visual design, user interface (UI), and interaction design. 5. Coordinate technical
developers, track product development progress, complete product development, testing, version management, review and release, product launch and other related work;
6. Collaborate with R&D team to supervise and ensure a reasonable structure and optimization of product development Scheme, resource implementation and project progress; 7. Track the market effect and user feedback of online products, collect and actively explore improvement needs, continuously improve products according to business needs, and improve user experience;    
Job requirements:
1. Computer and electronic information engineering related majors Bachelor degree or above; 2. Participated in the design and development of no less than one client product;
3. At least 2 years of product planning experience, good at UI/UE is preferred;
4. Able to write requirements documents and product prototypes, with Product demand analysis and planning capabilities;
5. From the product perspective, have a certain understanding of the platform architecture, as well as the technical characteristics and technical limitations of different versions of the same platform;
6. Familiar with the relevant processes of product interaction design, including functional analysis, user Character analysis, prototyping, interface development, usability testing, etc.;
7. Excellent logical thinking and analysis ability, able to plan and design product functions, usage processes and interactive experience;
8. Strong communication and coordination , Propulsion ability, has good pressure resistance. Ability to effectively organize and advance cross-functional, cross-team collaborative projects. 
A good product manager must have:
1. Skill tools: Office software, mind map, Visio, Axure, PPT.
2. Capability model: overall view, requirement analysis, requirement document writing, product planning, execution force and driving force. 3. Communication, coordination and organizational skills: to give up running, coordinating technology, testing, UI, senior management, organizing review, discussion, and grasping the control of the process from inception to launch of the product, there is a macro understanding in the mind, and specific implementation is required when grasping to things. Saying 1,000 good ideas and process control doesn't do one thing well and practically. 4. Keen observation, analysis of user behavior, dimensions and standards of user experience measurement, and basic knowledge of visual design are required.
5. Quickly solve problems, identify function prioritization, execution and driving force.
