sensitive word management
Manage sensitive words, the system will automatically replace sensitive words with specified characters.
The functions of the system to process sensitive words include:
Information: title, content, abstract.
Columns: name, description.
comments.
Online Survey: Name, Survey Description, Survey Options.
1. Sensitive word management
Click Sensitive Word Management from the left management menu to enter.
2. Add sensitive words
Click the "Add" button below the sensitive word list.
After filling in the relevant properties, click the "OK" button.
3. Edit sensitive words
Select the sensitive words that need to be edited, and then click the "Edit" button.
Note: Only one sensitive word can be edited at the same time.
After filling in the relevant properties, click the "OK" button.
4. Delete sensitive words
Select the sensitive words that need to be deleted, and then click the "Delete" button.
Tip: Multiple sensitive words can be deleted at the same time.
In order to prevent misoperation, the system will prompt the user whether to delete, click "OK" to complete the deletion operation.
