Workflow Management

Supported since FreeCMS 2.2

Manage workflows used in the system, such as information review workflows.

1. Workflow Group Management

Click Workflow Group Management from the left management menu to enter.

 

2. Add a workflow group

Click the Add button below the list of workflow groups.

 

 

After filling in the relevant properties, click the "OK" button.

3. Edit Workflow Group

Select the workflow group you want to edit and click the Edit button.

Note: Only one workflow group can be edited at a time.

 

 

After filling in the relevant properties, click the "OK" button.

4. Delete the workflow group

Select the workflow group you want to delete and click the Delete button.

Tip: Multiple workflow groups can be deleted at the same time.

 

 

In order to prevent misoperation, the system will prompt the user whether to delete, click "OK" to complete the deletion operation.

5. Workflow Management

Click Workflow Management from the left management menu to enter.

 

6. Add Workflow

Click the Add button below the workflow list.

 

 

After filling in the relevant properties, click the "OK" button.

7. Edit Workflow

Select the workflow you want to edit and click the Edit button.

Note: Only one workflow can be edited at a time.

 

 

After filling in the relevant properties, click the "OK" button.

8. Delete Workflow

Select the workflow that needs to be deleted and click the "Delete" button.

9. Workflow Step Management

Processing steps can be set for each workflow.

Select the workflow you want to edit and click the Steps button.

 

10. Add Workflow Steps

Click the Add button below the list of workflow steps.

11. Editing Workflow Steps

Select the workflow step you want to edit and click the Edit button.

Note: Only one workflow step can be edited at a time.

 

 

After filling in the relevant properties, click the "OK" button.

12. Delete Workflow Steps

Select the workflow step you want to delete and click the Delete button.
