role management

Role management is mainly to define and set roles.

1. Add roles

Click Add Role Management from the left management menu to enter.

Click the "Add" button

Enter the relevant properties and click "Save".

2. Bulk add

Supported since FreeCMS 2.4

Click the "Bulk Add" button

After entering the relevant properties, click "Save".

3. Edit roles

Select the role to be edited and click the edit button below, such as "Site Information Officer".

Note: Only one character can be selected for editing at the same time.

After filling in the relevant properties, click "OK".

4. Role authorization

Role authorization manages the menu of functions that this role can use.

Select the role to be authorized, and click the authorization button below, such as "Site Information Officer".

Note: Only one role can be selected for authorization at the same time.

Select the function menu permissions that need to be authorized, and click the "OK" button.

5. Role Site Authorization

Role site authorization manages the sites and sections that this role can manage.

Select the role that requires site authorization, and click the site authorization button below, such as "site information officer".

Note: Only one role can be selected for site authorization at the same time.

After selecting the column to be managed, click the "Authorize" button.

Supported since FreeCMS 2.3

The role of site administrator can manage all sections of the site.

6. Role deletion

Select the role to be deleted and click the delete button below, such as "Site Information Officer".

Tip: You can select multiple roles to delete at the same time.

Click the "Delete" button

In order to prevent the user from misoperation, the system will prompt the user to confirm, click the "OK" button to complete the deletion operation.
