User Management
User management is mainly to define and set users.
Tip: admins can manage all user data, and non-admins can manage users under their own units.
1. Add user
Click "Add" from the left management menu to enter.
Enter the relevant properties and click "Save".
hint:
1) Users can belong to multiple departments at the same time.
2) A user can grant multiple roles at the same time.
2. Bulk add
Supported since FreeCMS 2.4
Click the "Bulk Add" button
After entering the relevant properties, click "Save".
3. Edit User
Select the user to be edited and click the edit button below, such as "test".
Note: Only one user can be selected for editing at the same time.
After filling in the relevant properties, click "OK".
4. User authorization
User authorization manages the roles that this user can use.
Select the user to be authorized, and click the authorization button below, such as "test".
Note: Only one user can be selected for authorization at the same time.
After selecting or deselecting the relevant roles, click the "OK" button.
5. User Enabled
Click User Management from the left management menu to enter the user management list, select the user to be activated, and click the activation button below, such as "test".
Tip: Multiple users can be selected for activation at the same time.
After selecting the user to be enabled, click the "Enable" button.
6. User Disable
Click User Management from the left management menu to enter the user management list, select the user to be disabled, and click the disable button below, such as "test".
Tip: You can select multiple users to disable at the same time.
After selecting the user to be disabled, click the "Disable" button.
7. User reset password
Click User Management from the left management menu to enter the user management list, select the user whose password needs to be reset, and click the reset password button below, such as "test".
Tip: You can select multiple users at the same time to reset the password.
Select the user whose password needs to be reset and click the "Reset Password" button.
Enter the new password and click the "OK" button.
8. User deletion
Click User Management from the left management menu to enter the user management list, select the user to be deleted, and click the delete button below, such as "test".
Tip: You can select multiple users to delete at the same time.
Click the "Delete" button
In order to prevent the user from misoperation, the system will prompt the user to confirm, click the "OK" button to complete the deletion operation.
