Scope of participants—enterprises
(1) Start-up group: The business registration of the participating project is less than 3 years (registered after April 20, 2015); Growth group: The business registration of the participating project is more than 3 years (registered before April 20, 2015) );
(2) The applicant must be a corporate legal person or senior partner;
(3) The ideas, products, technologies and related patents of the participating projects belong to the participating teams or their affiliated companies, and there is no intellectual property dispute with other units or individuals.

Evaluation dimension
(1) Project innovation:

(4) Team situation:
