Using the uninstaller that comes with Oracle cannot fundamentally uninstall Oracle, thus leaving hidden dangers for the next installation, so how can we completely uninstall Oracle? That is to clear the registry directly, the steps are as follows:

1. Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Services to stop all Oracle services.

2. Start -> Programs -> Oracle - OraDb11g_home1 -> Oracle Installation Products -> Universal Installer Uninstall all Oracle products, but Universal Installer itself cannot be deleted [if the second step fails, skip to the third step, most of the first steps The second step is a failure]

3. Run regedit, select HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ORACLE, and press the del key to delete this entry.

4. Run regedit to delete all Oracle entries in the following three locations. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Services\ [below] delete all Oracles HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet002\Services\ [below] delete all Oracles HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\ [below] delete all Oracles

5. Run regedit, delete all Oracle entries in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Eventlog\Application\ [below].

13. Go to Event Viewer and delete Oracle related logs

Note: If there is a situation where individual DLL files cannot be deleted, ignore it, restart, and start a new installation. When installing, select a new directory. After the installation is completed and restarted, the old directory and files can be deleted. Lost
