As shown in the figure, there is a button enroll, which means that Apple developers sign up (to put it bluntly, you have to pay money so that you can have APP testing and online functions).

Basically, there are two ways to sign up:
As a personal account, you need to provide basic personal information, including your legal name and address.
As an organization, you need an Apple ID, a DUNS, legal person status (just know the legal person information), and legally binding authority.
Then there is a button Start Your Enrollment , click the button.

You are asked to choose to register a personal/company/enterprise account (check this by yourself, I applied for a company account)

Reminder: Legal person information, DUNS code is required
DUNS (Data Universal Numbering System) is an identifier for a business entity or organization. Of course, this DUNS number was created by Dun & Bradstreet, whose Chinese name is Dun & Bradstreet, and represents an industry with 9 numbers. Each company corresponds to a duns code, and Apple verifies whether your company is a qualified company through the duns code.
There is a Check now in the duns prompt to check whether the company has a duns code. Click Check now
【4.1】The following interface appears, asking to fill in the basic information of the company
Company location: China
Legal Entity Name: Fill in the English name of the company (translate the Chinese name)
Tradestyle or DBA: optional, leave blank
[4.2] Headquarters address of your company/organization and Mailing address of your company/organization are the company headquarters address and the company's address for receiving emails respectively. If they are the same, fill in the same address.
Street Address: Street detailed address CIty/Town city or district
State/Province: municipality or province Postal Code
Phone Number: mobile phone number
【4.3】your work contact information
Given Name 姓
Family name
Job Title
Phone Number: mobile phone number
Work Email Company Email
Note: The above information must be in English and must be true
[5] When you fill in the above information, click Continue , it will show whether your company has registered the Dun & Bradstreet code, if not, you can submit this information to Dun & Bradstreet, and you will receive An email with Dun & Bradstreet code .
The Dun & Bradstreet code will be automatically sent to the Apple registered email address within 24 hours. Please use it within 14 working days after receiving it. If you use it in a hurry, please note that the number of attempts should not exceed 3 times. The code will be locked if you exceed the number of times. [6] In the end, you will be prompted that you have submitted the information to Dun & Bradstreet and wait for Dun & Bradstreet to call to confirm.
[7] After getting DUNS-NUMBER, you can continue to fill in the application developer account information
【7.1】Fill in the basic information of the legal person
[7.2] Fill in the company's basic information and Deng's number (the information must be the same as the one that filled in the application for Deng's number)
[7.3] After filling in the relevant information, submit it for review, confirm the information, and then it will appear as shown below, your request is waiting to be processed, and the relevant information about your application will be displayed
[8] Then wait for Apple to contact, and after confirmation, pay $99 with a VISA or MasterCard credit card.
