Because people often ask me how to apply for an Apple developer account, I record it here for easy use.
Prepare
1. An Apple account (Apple ID)
2. A credit card with visa or master function activated or Alipay authentication activated
3. Photos of the front and back of the ID card
4. An iPhone
5. A mobile phone number
application process
1. First register an Apple account and open the Apple Developer Center https://developer.apple.com/account
If you have already registered your Apple ID, skip the registration step!
1. Click to create your apple id now
2. Jump to the Apple ID application page and fill in the relevant information.
Write your name in Chinese characters or pinyin (make sure to write your real name, Apple review may check the information)
Select the region as Mainland China
Write the date corresponding to the date on the ID card
Be sure to remember to save the security question settings, and you can take a screenshot to save them.
Clicking Continue will send a verification code email to your mailbox. Log in to view the input.
Clicking to continue registration will jump to the agreement page, check the box to agree!
After agreeing to the agreement, the following page appears, indicating that the Apple ID has been registered and proceed to the next step.
2. Turn on two-factor authentication
1. Make sure your iPhone version is ios12.4 or above. If it is lower than this version, upgrade first! (Check in phone settings-general-about this machine)
2. Enter settings, pull down and click to log out of the current account, and then log in to the Apple account that requires two-factor authentication. 
3. The login process will ask you to agree to the agreement. Please agree.
4. After successfully logging in, click Password and Security and click to enable two-factor authentication.
5. Verify the security of your Apple developer account.
Turning on two-factor authentication will automatically cancel the password protection.
6. Add a phone number. The local number will be automatically recognized here. You can also write other numbers. This number can then be used to receive the login verification code.
7. When the display is turned on, two-factor authentication is turned on.
3. Search for Apple Developer in the Apple App Store and install it (iOS 12.4 or above is required, otherwise the app cannot be found)
4. Fill in the information at Apple Developer
1. Open the Developer App and log in with your existing account. Just log in to the phone settings to open a dual Apple account!
2. After logging in to your Apple account, click Register Now to enter, and keep clicking Continue!
4. Enter the applicant’s name, ID number, and phone number ( in Chinese, be sure to write the real ones)
5. Face recognition, take a selfie
6. Write your name and address in Pinyin or English accordingly.
7. Select the account application type, and select Personal for the personal developer account.
8. After this, you will enter the "Registration Under Review" stage, and you will receive an email in your mailbox, requiring you to submit a contact number, and then remember to answer the phone.
Generally, we will contact you on the same day or the next day with some appropriate information and provide an emergency contact information.
9. After doing this, return to "Developer" and you will find that the status has changed to "Continue to complete registration", just continue.

1. Click to subscribe for 688 per year.
2. Click Pay to jump to the payment binding page and bind a payment method (Alipay, WeChat, or bank card is acceptable. You can cancel it after binding the payment)
3. A message will appear after successful payment, indicating successful registration!
After applying, you can apply for the iOS certificate for real-device testing or listing.
Precautions
1. If the ID card information or company information is filled in incorrectly, a page to contact Apple customer service will pop up after agreeing to the agreement, and you cannot continue to complete the registration. Once the information is submitted, it cannot be revoked. You can only contact Apple customer service. Contact information Like the web version, you can choose to contact by phone, but recently there may be more people contacted by phone. If it is faster, it will take three to five minutes. If it is slower, it is said that no one may answer the call for an hour;
2. Currently, only Apple IDs that have not opened a developer account are supported for registration. Accounts that have previously registered on the web but have not completed payment cannot continue to complete the registration on the Apple Developer APP;
3. Membership automatically renews every year until you cancel. When canceling your subscription, the annual fee paid will not be refunded.
4. If the device is running iOS 12.4, you must use the same Apple ID used for registration to log in to iCloud on the device. This is a bit tricky. You can update the system. There is no such restriction on iOS 13 devices;
5. If you need to use your organization's credit card, add the credit card to the signed-in Apple ID in the "iTunes Store & App Store" section of your device settings. This Apple ID can be different from the one used when registering.
6. About receipts: Apple said that after the payment is successful, you will receive a receipt via email, which can be used for company accounting or reimbursement. This receipt can be resent via email at any time;
