The Apple Developer Enterprise Program allows large organizations to develop their own internal apps and deploy them to their employees. This plan is only applicable to special cases where a secure internal system or a mobile device management solution is required to be distributed directly to employees in private.
Required qualifications
The Apple Developer Enterprise Program is only applicable to special cases of internal use and distribution of exclusive apps, and the app must be unsuitable for public release on the App Store, unsuitable for distribution through Apple Business Management or Ad Hoc, and should not be used for beta testing with TestFlight App. Your exclusive app must be developed by you before it can be used on the Apple platform.
In addition, there are the following qualification requirements. Your organization must:
- At least 100 employees.
- It is a legal entity. We do not accept DBAs, virtual enterprises, product names or branches.
- Only use this plan to create exclusive internal apps for internal use only, and to distribute these apps privately and securely to employees in the organization.
- Have a system in place to ensure that only employees can download your internal use apps, and to protect membership credentials and assets.
- Participate in and pass Apple's verification and continuous evaluation process.

As the person applying to the Apple Developer Enterprise Program on behalf of your organization, you must have the appropriate legal authority to bind your organization to comply with legal agreements. You must be the owner/founder of the organization, a member of the executive team, a senior project leader, or have legal authorization granted to you by a senior employee. When registering, please log in with your Apple ID with two-factor authentication enabled . If you have already registered for the Apple Developer Program to distribute apps on the App Store, or already have an iTunes Connect account to distribute another media type (music, TV, movies or books), you need to use another Apple ID to submit application.
Verification process
We will verify your organization's information, confirm your intent and purpose for applying for this program, and ensure that the App Store, Apple Business Management, Ad Hoc distribution, or TestFlight cannot fully meet your needs. Your organization must have a DUNS number, which is a unique nine-digit number assigned by Dun & Bradstreet and widely used as a standard corporate identification code. You can check whether your organization already has a DUNS number; if necessary, you can apply for one. These numbers are free in most jurisdictions. Your organization must also have a public website, and its domain name must be associated with your organization. In addition, we may contact your organization to verify other details and continue to evaluate your use of this program. If you choose to renew your membership, your organization will be verified again. Apple reserves the right to reject your application at its sole discretion.
Agreement and payment
If your organization has been approved to join the Apple Developer Enterprise Program, you will receive a license agreement for the enterprise program for you to review and accept. The annual membership fee for the Apple Developer Enterprise Program is US$299 or billed in local currency (if applicable).
