1. Apply for APPID
As before, open https://appleid.apple.com/account?appId=632#!&page=create
the main information filled in when registering: last name, first name, country, date of birth, email, password, password protection question, picture Verification code, email verification code. Note that the content must be in English, and Chinese must not appear.
Note:APPID注册成功后，在苹果设备上登录APPID，开启双重认证
2. Apply for Dun & Bradstreet Code (not required for personal developer account)
Open https://developer.apple.com/enroll/duns-lookup/#!/search to
visit the Developer Center, log in to your AppID account, click Join the Apple Developer Program at the bottom of the page, go to the next page, click the Enroll button in the upper right corner ; Go to the next page, click the Start Your Enrollment button at the bottom, the system starts to verify your identity information and check the integrity of the information.
The form information that needs to be filled in to apply for Huaxia D&B

- Contact information: name, phone number (may call to confirm), email (email address to communicate with Huaxia D&B, there is a time limit for filling in company information in time after receiving the confirmation email)

3. Wait for the successful application of Dun & Bradstreet
After the code application is successful, D&B will send the DUNS code to the workEmail mailbox, and wait for 7-14 days to use it (Apple and D&B are not a system, you need to wait for their data synchronization)
After the DUNS code application is successful, wait 7 working days (note that it is not a week~) before proceeding to apply for the company developer account!
