After adding the mobile phone number to the iOS developer account update agreement, it keeps prompting the edit phone number problem

Problem Description:

In the past two days, the APP version will be updated, and the result will be entered into the developer account and prompted to update the agreement, otherwise the new version cannot be added. Before updating the agreement, you need to enter appleid.apple.com to add your mobile phone number.
When logging in to appleid, you first need to enter a security question. If you forget this question, you can bypass this. There are already many methods on the Internet, so I won't introduce it here. The next step is to add a mobile phone number. After logging in successfully, click Edit behind the account, click Add more information, you can add a mobile phone number or email address, and click Finish to save after adding.

• Important: Many people say that you can save it here, but after I complete this, and then enter the developer account, it still prompts edit phone number. I have repeatedly deleted, added different mobile phone numbers, and tried n times, but the result is always the same.

Solution:

I saw some people on the Internet saying that the Country/Region is a Unit State , but it didn't say where to change this. I also found it after a long time (blame myself for being too sloppy...), the following is to modify this Location:

Location: On the appleid website, click edit account information, and then under the language, there is a place to select a country/region, change the country to Unit State, and you will be asked to fill in some addresses after the change. Description: This updated agreement can be modified back to the original one.

After this location is modified, the mobile phone number is also added, and then go to the developer account to check, the status will change. As shown below:

At this point, click Review Agreement to update the agreement, and then you can operate as before.
