The team of Academician Zhu Yongguan from the Institute of Urban Environment, Chinese Academy of Sciences, relying on the Ningbo Top Talent Science and Technology Project, plans to recruit 3 full-time postdoctoral fellows for research directions such as environmental chemistry, environmental microbiology, ecotoxicology and big data analysis.

　　1. Job requirements

　　Full-time postdoctoral fellows in environmental chemistry, environmental microbiology, ecotoxicology and big data analysis should be under the age of 35, and the doctoral degree should not exceed 3 years.

　　1. Have a solid professional background and scientific research experience in the research field of environmental pollutants or data analysis (such as meta analysis).

　　2. Proficiency in environmental analysis skills or data analysis and processing capabilities.

　　3. The first author has published high-level SCI papers, and at least 2 SCI papers have been published.

　　2. Post treatment

　　1. The annual salary of a full-time ordinary postdoctoral fellow is generally not less than 160,000 yuan, and the annual salary of an elite or technically talented postdoctoral fellow is not less than 240,000 yuan, and they can enjoy a living allowance of up to 550,000 yuan in Ningbo and Beilun District.

　　2. There will be additional allowances for postdoctoral fellows with outstanding innovation potential and scientific research performance.

　　3. Postdoctoral fellows who have been employed in the current year can apply for the “Special Research Assistant Funding Project of the Chinese Academy of Sciences” for the current year. Project winners can receive 600,000 yuan from the Chinese Academy of Sciences, which will be distributed in 2 years. The project allowance can be enjoyed during the project implementation period.

Academician Zhu Yongguan

Zhu Yongguan, an environmental soil scientist, was born in Tongxiang, Zhejiang in August 1967. He graduated from Zhejiang Agricultural University in 1989 with a bachelor's degree, obtained a master's degree in science from Nanjing Institute of Soil Science, Chinese Academy of Sciences in 1992, and a doctorate degree from Imperial College London in 1998. He has been engaged in environmental pedology and environmental biology research for a long time, and has made systematic innovations in typical regional soil pollution characteristics, elemental biogeochemical processes and mechanisms, and soil remediation. The results obtained have been widely recognized by peers, and he has successively presided over major projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China and pilot projects of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. The main research achievements have won the second prize of the National Natural Science Award (the first person to complete it) and the Agricultural Science Award of the Academy of Sciences for Developing Countries (TWAS). So far, he has published more than 500 academic papers in international mainstream journals such as Science, Nature, Nature Microbiology, Nature Plants, PNAS , etc. His research results have been reported or commented on by internationally renowned journals such as Science, Nature, Cell Press, Trends in Plant Science , etc. .
