Description

Today the boss made a request. I hope that all organizations can log in to a machine with u key for operation, so that you don’t need to buy a lot of keys. I thought about it, just use Windows Server’s own multi-user login, but I need one. The key, I just have it, so I won’t make a cracked version like others.

Install Remote Desktop Services

Configure Group Policy

Configure Group Policy, enter gpedit.msc in the run box, open Computer Configuration -> Administrative Templates -> Windows Components -> Then select Remote Desktop Services in the right menu; double-click to open.

  • Refuse to log out administrators who have logged in to the console session—select enable (to prevent spoofing T administrators)
  • Limit the number of connections—choose to enable, and configure the'maximum number of RD connections allowed' to 20 (this number is not fixed, it is based on demand)
  • Restrict Remote Desktop Services users to a single Remote Desktop Services session—choose to disable

This number is set according to how many people we need to connect

In this way, there is only a 120-day period for setting up remote multi-users. To break the 120-day limit, you also need to configure remote desktop authorization.

The prerequisite for success: the system is activated.

web application activation code

Management Tool—Remote Desktop Service—Remote Desktop License Manager, select the inactive server, select "Properties", please write down the product ID that appears in the dialog box, we will use the 20-digit ID number to register online, for example: 00184 -50100-21572-AT706
Note: If there is no server in the terminal server authorization, please select Connect, and then enter the IP address of the local server.

Required information

Open the Internet Explorer browser and enter https://activate.microsoft.com

Make sure that the "Enable License Server" item is selected, and then click the "Next" button.

In the information interface requested later, enter the 20-digit number you just copied down in the "Product ID" field, then fill in the necessary information in step 1 just now, and then click "Next" to continue.

You can get "The application for starting your license server has been successfully processed. Your license ID is: again, it is a 35-digit number divided into seven segments that needs to be copied down, and it contains both numbers and uppercase English letters; and You will be asked "Do you need to obtain a client license at this time?" "Select" Yes"

I have a license key, enter it, and then the next step

Continue to the next step

Obtained a license key package ID, record

Then end

Activate terminal services

Management Tools—Remote Desktop Service—Remote Desktop Authorization Manager, select the server name and right-click, and set the "installation method" in the "properties" to "Web browser"

Then select the server, right-click, and select "Activate Server";

 Enter the license server ID

Choose to start the license installation wizard now, the next step

Enter the license key ID

carry out

Configure the Remote Desktop Session Host Authorization Server

Management tool—Remote Desktop Service—RD authorized diagnostic program, check the current server as not authorized

Run—>gpedit.msc->Computer Configuration—Administrative Templates—Windows Components—Remote Desktop Services—Remote Desktop Session Host—Authorization, find "Use the specified remote desktop license server", set it to enable, and set it in "To use In "License Server", set the IP or host name of the current server.

Configure the remote desktop session host authorization mode

Management Tools—Remote Desktop Services—RD Authorization Diagnostic Program, check the current server authorization as 0

Run—>gpedit.msc->Computer Configuration—Administrative Templates—Windows Components—Remote Desktop Services—Remote Desktop Session Host—Authorization, find "Set Remote Desktop Authorization Mode", set it to enable, and specify RD Session Host server in " In "Authorization Mode", select "By User".

Refresh the RD authorized diagnostic program

Since we only added the RD authorization server to the domain, and did not add the RD authorization function to the domain, an exclamation mark of ××× will appear, indicating that the license server is not part of the terminal server license server group in the AD domain service Member, so you need to click Add to group.

The pop-up warning shows that if the computer account of this license server is added to the Terminal Server License Servers group in Active Director Domain Services (AD DS), you must have administrator rights in AD DS, and then click Continue.

The pop-up warning shows that if the computer account of this license server is added to the Terminal Server License Servers group in Active Director Domain Services (AD DS), you must have administrator rights in AD DS, and then click Continue.

After clicking Continue, it will be displayed that the computer account of the license server RD-SRV has been added to the interrupt server license server group in the Active Director domain service, and then click OK.

At this time, the RD-SRV authorization service satisfies the members of the domain service terminal server license server group, click OK to exit the setting.

Set which users can log in

In the remote desktop, select the user and add the user that needs to be accessed
