The so-called leadership, in simple terms, is that others are willing to believe in you and are willing to do things with you. Its core lies in influence, which lies in the ability to inspire others, rather than simply using authority to order others to do things.

 

A good leader is not about making plans, but determining directions; leadership is not about organizing and arranging staff, but about coordinating employees; leadership is not about solving problems and controlling, but motivating employees.

 

To measure the level of a leader's ability is not how capable he is, but how good the team he leads can perform.

 

Today, leaders need leadership more than ever.

 

Leadership is not an innate talent, it is a leadership ability that can be learned and mastered and can be gradually improved.
