  1. Organize and complete on-site project implementation, formulate overall project implementation plan, coordinate resources and decompose tasks;
  2. Responsible for communicating with external companies or teams involved in the project, and completing the business and technical communication and docking work required for related projects;
  3. In the process of project implementation, be responsible for tracking the project progress, coordinating the cooperation between project team members, supervising the documentation of each stage of the project progress, ensuring the integrity and standardization of the documentation, and controlling changes in requirements;
  4. Cooperate with the business to engage in the analysis work of collecting customer needs; cooperate with the business to complete the analysis and design work of in-sale and pre-sale projects;
  5. Propose reasonable solutions based on the actual needs of the company’s products and customers during project implementation;
  6. Deal with customers' common software failures, collect and summarize customers' daily problems, and assist R&D personnel to improve product quality;
  7. Responsible for the management, training, tracking, guidance and coordination of the project team;
  8. Coordinate and communicate project goals with customers, and be able to lead the project team in accordance with the overall project implementation plan under the guidance of the project goals to complete project-related tasks (including demand investigation and confirmation, system analysis, development, installation, user training, operation and maintenance, and promotion Project inspection and recovery, etc.);

job requirements:

  1. Computer major or software engineering major related major;
  2. Proficient in computer operation, proficient in operating various office software (office, Excel, PPT, etc.);
  3. Understand basic computer hardware, network configuration, network installation, network debugging and maintenance related knowledge;
  4. Have strong communication and expression, organization and coordination, and document writing skills
  5. Familiar with the software installation, implementation, and training process, and have relevant software implementation experience;
  6. The ability to install linux operating system and Windows service system is preferred;
  7. Possess good teamwork spirit, dedication, strong sense of responsibility, able to bear strong work pressure, and adapt to business trips;
  8. Have experience in implementing software related to smart city, or have experience in implementing software related to public transportation, medical care, education, government affairs and other industries is preferred;
  9. Have good written expression skills, clear thinking, and innovative consciousness. Can cooperate with the team or organization to compile the preliminary project plan, project progress report, project implementation plan, etc.;
