Smart City Sanitation Vehicle Monitoring and Management Plan

two. Design

 The smart city sanitation system mainly includes the following aspects:

1. Through the RFID real-time automatic collection function, automatic statistics and understanding of the daily cleaning of trash bins everywhere;

2. The combination of GPS and DTU transparent transmission enables real-time control of the working status, driving route and task completion status of cleaning and garbage vehicles;

3. Real-time data collection and automatic analysis help managers manage the city better and more scientifically.

2.1 RFID waste collection and transportation supervision subsystem

2.1.1 Garbage loading and unloading supervision system

(1) Reader and label installation

        Install the vehicle-mounted UHF RFID equipment inside the garbage truck. The vehicle-mounted RFID equipment includes a fixed vehicle-mounted RFID device and a UHF flat antenna. Paste an UHF RFID tag to identify the trash can outside the trash can.

(2) Work flow

        I. When the garbage truck starts to load and unload garbage, the UHF RFID device on the truck will read the UHF RFID tag on the operated garbage bin;

          II. After the RFID device recognizes the operating time and ID number of the trash can, it transmits the data to the terminal server via the on-board DTU, indicating that the trash can has been cleaned, and the status of the trash can means that it has been cleared today.

          III. Within 24 hours, the status of the trash can is cleared, and it is displayed in green in the operation interface of the terminal system; after more than 24 hours, if the terminal server does not receive the label data of the trash can again, it means that the trash can has not been emptied. At this time, the status of the trash can is regarded as uncleared, and it is indicated in red on the system operation interface.

        In this way, the operation time and ID information system of each trash can will be recorded. Realize the digital management function of urban garbage cleaning.

2.2.2 Waste incineration operation supervision system

        The administrator needs to place an UHF RFID vehicle tag for the vehicle on the garbage truck. The tag is used to record the basic information and working status of the vehicle. Garbage trucks have to be weighed on a floor scale before incineration. UHF RFID readers and cameras are installed near the floor scales. When the vehicle is weighed, the camera captures and takes pictures of the vehicle. The RFID device identifies the vehicle information. After the weighing is completed, the RFID device writes to the vehicle tag Vehicle working status code, the code means: weighed and ready to enter the incineration area. After the incineration, the RFID device writes the code again before the vehicle leaves, indicating that the operation of the vehicle has been completed.

2.2 Environmental Sanitation Supervision Subsystem

            The GPS monitoring and management system for sanitation vehicles mainly uses GPS technology to locate, monitor, and manage sanitation vehicles. At the same time, it collects the operating status and oil volume of sanitation vehicles. Based on this information, it combines GIS spatial geographic information for analysis and statistics to achieve accuracy. Management of vehicle operations.

            The GPS monitoring and management system for sanitation vehicles uses GPS, GSM/GPRS, sensors and other technologies to obtain real-time information such as the location, driving speed, working status, fuel consumption and other information of sanitation vehicles, conduct real-time monitoring on GIS electronic maps, and use MIS technology to monitor Carrying out statistics and analysis of vehicle driving and operation information, realizing 24-hour dynamic monitoring and management of sanitation vehicles, improving management efficiency, improving sanitation vehicle operations, avoiding private use of public vehicles, non-compliant routes and regional operations, and fuel theft. The accident rate has significant social and economic benefits.

The overall architecture of the GPS monitoring and management system for sanitation vehicles is shown in the figure below.

2.2.1 Sprinkler monitoring subsystem

            The sprinkler vehicle is equipped with a GPS positioning system, and the movement path of the vehicle has been monitored. At the same time, a water flow sensor is installed at the water outlet of the sprinkler. Once water flows through, the sprinkler is in working condition. The sensor is connected with transparent transmission equipment such as DTU and uploaded to the main station server in real time. In this way, the supervision center can not only supervise the driving path of the vehicle, but also check whether the vehicle is working in real time.

2.2.2 Sweeper Supervision Subsystem

            The cleaning vehicle is equipped with a GPS positioning system, and the movement path of the vehicle has been supervised. At the same time, install sensors on the sweeper, and once the sweeper starts the sweeping mode, the status will be transparently transmitted to the main station server through DTU. In this way, the supervision center can not only supervise the driving path of the vehicle, but also check whether the vehicle is working in real time.
