JAVA实现发短信功能

相信这类型短信,大家收到的很多吧!但是,你知道这个是怎么实现的吗?肯定不是有人专门一个一个的发的,肯定是在程序里批量执行的(这条短信肯定不止你一个人收到,当然,验证码肯定是你一个人收到的,但肯定不是人给你发的,肯定是程序给你发的)。

那么,用程序该怎么实现短信的发送功能呢?
