This is only a suggestion but if children are finding it difficult knowing how much time to spend on their work here is some advice for them to help plan their day;

5. Break-10 minutes 休息-10分钟
   
   
6. Topic- 20 minutes 主题任务-20分钟
7. Break-15 minutes休息-15分钟
   
   
8. Specialist-25 minutes 副科-25分钟
9. Break-20 minutes 休息-20分钟
