根据上面两个链接，把所有的修改都做一遍，就编译成功了
再一次把我的环境崩掉了
然后安装opencv 与anaconda和ros冲突
遇到了一些错误CUDA_nppi_LIBRARY (ADVANCED)，modules/cudaarithm/CMakeFiles/opencv_test_cudaarithm.dir/build.make:313: recipe for target 'bin/open [bin/opencv_test_cudaarithm] Error
其实我之前也遇到过这样的情况，但不记得了，后来翻了翻笔记，才发现我都记录过
