举个栗子：

　　print("{}执行用了{}ms".format(func.__name__,time.time() - start_time))  

2.x and y ：如果 x为真，则值为y，否则为x

   x or y    ：如果 x为真，则值为x，否则为y

举个栗子，ab都为真：

　　1  and  a  or  b： a

　　0  and  a  or  b： b
