1 首先到tomcat官方网站下载tomcat
2 下载并安装maven
3 装个eclipse tomcat插件，方便
4 用maven命令建立一个基本的web工程
5 在工程pom依赖里面，依赖tomcat的相关源码，为了不和tomcat本身的类冲突，最好是把maven依赖都定为test scope,这样一来又可以调试源码，又不会和tomcat发生类冲突。（更好的方式是用provided,默认使用容器提供的库）
pom依赖如下，其他和tomcat无关的可以忽略。
