Eclipse设置资源文件的默认编码

eclipse的：
window->preferences->General->ContentType 的右边窗口，选择text 然后把需要改的改成gbk也可以，utf-8也行。
myEclipse 的:
window->preferences->myEclipse ->file and editors->jsp里面有encoding改了就行了.

注意：没有直接是utf-8或者GBK项，选择上面的类型即可在下面看到。
