记一次pgsql远程连接失败

注释掉IPV6部分的设置。

以上操作后，设置ssl启用，本地127.0.0.1连接数据库成功，但localhost方式连接失败。

ipv6本地回路测试需要用到localhost...

ipv4中是127.0.0.1

ipv6使用 ::1
