1 ：  安装最新版的eclipse----集成了maven和git

2：  安装apache-maven

3：  配置eclipse， 同时把maven仓库配到 http://maven.oschina.net/help.html

4： eclipse-import-git ； https方式导入netty4版本工程

5： eclipse-import-exits maven 工程 

因为Netty用的是maven管理的，每个模块都单独拆开来了，

 

主要从example中开始学习，前提还有熟悉下java nio；可以看：
