说明：

    1）创建一个简单的服务；

    2）Hystrix默认超时时1000毫秒，超时会自动调用降级处理helloFallback()；

   1）可以通过http://localhost:7082/consumertest访问服务；

说明：

    1）启动类；

    2）使用Hystrix需要配置@EnableCircuitBreaker注解；

    3）由于目前例子没有用到数据源的例子，而SpringBoot默认是需要有想过配置，否则会报错，解决方法：

        3.1）解决办法一：启动类中加入注解：@SpringBootApplication(exclude{DataSourceAutoConfiguration.class,HibernateJpaAutoConfiguration.class})

       3.2）解决方法二：在Application.properties文件内配置数据源即可

      此处采用的方法是方法一的处理方式；
