遇到“Server Tomcat v9.0 Server at localhost was unable to start within 45 seconds....”的问题

在运行Tomcat服务器时遇到如下报错：

Server Tomcat v9.0 Server at localhost was unable to start within 45 seconds. If the server requires more time, try increasing the timeout in the server editor.

做法是：在Tomcat服务器中把启动的持续时间从默认的45seconds改成60seconds或者再大一些就好：

 双击如下这个界面：

 

之后进行修改，错误将不再有了。
