[UE4]声明和定义委托(delegate)的代码格式

下面代码例子定义了一个含有两个int32参数的函数委托delegate,当前4.10版本只需要添加红色部分即可,网上不少资料声明定义委托的代码有些差异,如果拷过来编译不通过的可能是官方API修改了,最好先参考自官方文档:
