在pl/sqlDevolper中,当找到表时,

        1,如果你右键选择query data 如果想修改数据,就需要在sql语句后面加上for update.

            例如:select * from user where username='zhangsan' for update.

            这时,你再点击那个小锁的标志，就可以修改了。

2.当时用edit data时，直接在后面查询自己需要的条件就行，在改完提交，commit完成就行
