HP QC 11.0 (Patch 13) 存在bug，导致在初次进入 QC 界面安装插件时报错：
Following client components were not downloaded successfully:
1 . RRV.cab :
This file has no digital signature or the publisher is untrusted.
Close all connections to Server and try again.解决的办法有两种：
一、服务器上更新 QC 到 Patch17 或以上；
二、客户端自己规避方法：
安装 QC 插件前，打开 IE->Internet 选项->高级，取消勾选“检查发行商的证书是否已吊销”和“检查所下载程序的签名”。
刷新页面重新安装就 OK 了。记得安装好了之后改回来。
