目前的情况是 最新版的Cuda 9.2 从
legacy Releases 可以选择相应的历史的 版本情况
由于macos 上Cudnn的版本最多能匹配到cuda 9.1 所以我们选择下载9.1 的版本。然后将下载Cudnn 7.0.5
然后git clone TensorFlow
然后将patches 里面的补丁文件覆盖到tensorflow/tensorflow/cores/
然后./configure

## Build Process
`$ bazel build --config=cuda --config=opt --action_env PATH --action_env LD_LIBRARY_PATH --action_env DYLD_LIBRARY_PATH //tensorflow/tools/pip_package:build_pip_package`
#### Create wheel file and install it

$ bazel-bin/tensorflow/tools/pip_package/build_pip_package /tmp/tensorflow_pkg
$ cd ~
$ pip install /tmp/tensorflow_pkg/tensorflow-1.8-cp36-cp36m-macosx_10_13_x86_64.whl
```
