windows下Mongodb的C++驱动编译

安装说明:

必要软件:

 　　scons-2.5.0   http://scons.org/pages/download.html

　　 python 2.7    因为工作需要，我直接安装了Anaconda2 (32-bit) 2.7

       boost_1_61_0   https://sourceforge.net/projects/boost/files/boost/1.61.0/

驱动源码

 https://github.com/mongodb/mongo-cxx-driver

 备注:如果因为DNS问题无法上github，可以使用谷歌的DNS（4.4.4.4和8.8.8.8）
