(1) Online Search
Click "online search mode" button----->choose a connection----->perform search-----> Click the "copy to ---local"----->Click "local library mode" button
The references you just choosed was saved ata the "copied references" group.
(2) Direct export
This method could use with many online databases.
Select the reference-----> citation manager
different database has different ways to cite reference.
With google scholar as an example:
click "reference"----->choose "EndNote"----->download it as "enw" format------>open ENDNote----->click the "import reference" button

After references were in the EndNote, it can be added to word document.
click "go to EndNote" button ----->select the reference----->click "insert citation" button
5 How to format the bibliography, using the APA style as an example
To change the style, you need follow these steps:
select the tiny area of at the bottom of the cornor of bibliography group----->select the style of you favorite
If you favorite is not showing, you can use the browse button to see more on internet.
6 How to add page number to a citation
Click the citation in word document-----> click"manage & edit citation" button------> add page's number to the page's field
