CodeForces - 1019C Sergey's problem

Description

给出一个 \(n\) 个点 \(m\) 条边， \(n,m\le 10^6\) ，的有向图。记其为 \(G(V,E)\) 。

找一个点集 \(S\) 满足：

1. \(\forall x,y \in S\) ，边 \((x,y)\) 不存在
2. \(\forall x \in V,\exists x \in S,dis(x,y)\le 2\)
