5 what is meditation?
we often takes a 5-10minutes to do meditation at the beginning of class .It'll quiet your mind and awake the spirit, you'll feel more  quiet and peaceful.
After a sweaty yoga .you'll feel relax and get a peace of mind.
As you breathe better, move better and circulate better ,all the other organs function better
we are often motivated and even inspired by watching teachers twist their strong bodies into pretzeled poses,
we are influenced by our teachers' eating habits and mind.
then you will realize how fantastic yoga is 

2 what type of effect does yoga have on people? How would yoga benefit your life?

I think yoga can benefit our life.
It not only can keep in shape, increases flexibility but also reduce stress,ease migraine or  fight chocolate(food) cravings

1) migraine偏头痛

 so this could really help them out.
Workers usually hunch over a computer,
sit all the  day with your shoulders up and head forward 
then days after days, you always keep overlifting of your trapezius [trə'piːzɪəs] 斜方肌 and tightening of the neck . This pulls the head forward and creates muscle imbalances that can contribute to headaches and migraine ['miːgreɪn; 'maɪ-]偏头痛.
A combination of mental stressors压力因素 and physical misalignment 身体失调 that create migraines and other issues.

insomnia [ɪn'sɒmnɪə]失眠症:anxiety can't stop spinning 

4)fight food cravings:
