1、利用专业的博士论文数据库
如proquest数据库(ProQuest Dissertations & Theses Database)也是很不错的.

收录欧美1000多所大学的250万篇博、硕士学位论文的题录和文摘，美国国会图书馆指定该数据库为博硕士论文数字收藏资源。
2、Google搜索，注意是利用Google搜索，而非Google学术。设定限定条件和关键词，确定类型，可以找到一些想要的资源。同时注意网址，可以尝试去掉一级后缀，打开前一级网页，又会发现很多新的有用东西。

主要靠baidu和google搜，比如MIT的论文就可以免费下载的，

个人感觉百度还是不太行，Google的话想限定搜博士论文有难度，特别是选用什么样的关键词来定位dissertation非常重要，困惑中......
