【PowerShell】系统安装PowerShell的Core版本，最新版本为7.1

当前以下操作系统支持PowerShell 7.1 版本的安装,非Windows 系统支持的版本和要求有一定的限制。

1. Windows 8.1/10 (including ARM64)
2. Windows Server 2012 R2, 2016, 2019, and Semi-Annual Channel (SAC)
3. Ubuntu 16.04/18.04/20.04 (including ARM64)
4. Ubuntu 19.10 (via Snap package)
5. Debian 9/10
6. CentOS and RHEL 7/8
7. Fedora 30
8. Alpine 3.11+ (including ARM64)
9. macOS 10.13+

       需要注意的是Windows 7 由于生命周期支持策略不再受到支持，其他版本更新到PowerShell7.1需要如下的组件支持。
