Elasticsearch 修改源码永久使用白金版功能(企业中稳定运行)

前提

elasticsearch不想申请license使用付费内容，直接在源码中修改逻辑即可永久使用白金版功能

elasticsearch版本: 6.x

修改位置:x-pack模块下 

 在License.java中将resolve(String type)中将return BASE等注释
